Vacuum technology.
EDX6000B is configured with vacuum technology. It has very good sensitivity for the light elements test such as Na, Mg, Al, Si, P and S.
Helium charge systems.
EDX6000B can also be configured with Helium charge systems. It has excellent performance in the light elements test in powder and liquid samples.
